Days - Day can be either Trading or Calendar. Trading days counts only days that NYSE is open. Weekends and holidays are ignored. Note, Good Friday is a floating holiday and the algorithm used may not always be correct. The algorithm produces the correct dates from 1990 to 2000. Beyond these dates the Good Friday holiday may not be correct and must be verified. Calendar days counts all days between the current date and expiration date.
